Pumpkin Word Families Activity

Help your students master the “_at” word family with this matching game.

For each word make a bright orange pumpkin cutout. Program each with “_at.” Laminate the cutouts for durability. Cut a small piece of magnetic tape and place it on the back. Have the students use the magnetic letters and pumpkins on a cookie sheet to make words. When finished, have the students hold up the words for a partner to check.
