When you are not having fun exercising, you can put everything back perfectly in the box for safe keeping. And if you need more bands, since 1 band is included in this starter kit, you can buy more bands! Handee Band resistance bands are not intended to be used for oral exercises. Do not chew the resistance bands. Handee Band resistance bands should not be used without adult supervision.
