Spider Web Math Activity for Kids

Materials needed:

ball of black yarn
children sitting in a circle

Introduce and reinforce counting skills with this fun game of spider web math. Have children form a circle in the classroom. Start the web by tossing the ball of yarn to another child in the circle. Have everyone count as the ball of yarn is tossed. Instruct the children to hold one end of the yarn and toss. They will always have hold of the yarn.
