Can anyone buy from TeachersParadise.com or is a teacher license required?

Can I track the my package?

We offer online order status, a feature that will let you check on your past and pending orders. Just “Sign In” by clicking on the Account link at the top of any page. This will take you to the Your Account page. At the bottom of your Account page you can click on Order Status to view your past or pending orders. To get the details of your order, click on Date of Order or Order #. You’ll be able to see which orders have already shipped and which are in process. Because we ship all orders via UPS, you will receive the UPS tracking number on your Account page.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

Yes. We use the latest encryption technology to keep your information safe. We guarantee that each purchase you make is protected and safe. If fraudulent charges are ever made, you will not have to pay for them. See our Safe Shopping Guarantee details. We also keep all of customers payment information on a server not connected to the Internet making it impossible to be broken into.

What are my payment options?

We accept American Express, MasterCard, Discover, and Visa. We are sorry but we cannot accept any phone orders. Institutions can fax purchase orders to 1-800-371-0579.

What are my shipping options?

We ship our products around the world. Find specific shipping options and costs. To find out when you will receive your item, you need to consider the availability of the item you ordered and the shipping option you selected. Like many quality online retailers we try to get your purchase deliver as soon as possible and the equation we use to estimate the delivery time is: Available-to-Ship Time + Delivery Method Ship Time = Total Delivery Time

Can I cancel an order after it has been submitted?

Yes. All you need to do is contact is via our online support desk as soon as possible. (We cannot cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.) Be sure to include your name, email address, order number, if available, and the product(s) you want to cancel (including title, item number, description, any other information you have).

Can I return a product?

Yes. We unconditionally guarantee every item we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days with the enclosed return form for a full refund. We cannot offer a refund for opened music, video, and software items. Please remember that TeacherParadise.com can only accept returns of items purchased at TeacherParadise.com.
How to Return: To return items to TeachersParadise.com you will need to request for an RMA number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number issued by TeachersParadise.com. You need to click on the “Help Desk” button on the Navigation Bar and then click on “Make Returns”. Here will see the RMA form. You must fill out this form and click on the “Submit” button in order to recieve an RMA number. Please allow up to 48 hours for proccessing.
