Students need to develop the critical thinking skills that will aid them in school, daily life, and in the workplace.Thinking Skills includes activities that stimulate creative and critical thinking across the curriculum. The activities address a variety of learning styles and provide opportunities to work individually, with partners, or in small groups. Each lesson is based on a five-step activity that focuses on one key thinking skill. The lessons include a calendar page, key thinking skill lesson, project activity procedure, and a metacognitive wrap-up.Four theme-based units contain sixteen activity-based thinking lessons.
