TACTILE – Children who lack tactile development may have difficulty with intricate tasks such as tying shoe laces or fine craft work such a s crayons scissors and pencils. Puzzles help because the children have to feel the 3 dimentional surfaces of puzzles and this improves the brains ability to interrupt what the hands are touching. VISUAL MOTOR – Hand eye and foot coordination relies on meaningful and efficient feedback through vision, touch and body movement to plan and execute complex motor tasks.
