WELCOME TO AFRICA BULLETIN BOARD & AFRICAN SAFARI BULLETIN BOARD

  1. Cover the bulletin board with yellow paper (for sky). Cover the bottom of the bulletin board with brown paper (for ground).
  2. Reproduce, color, cut out, and assemble the African boy (page 3), girl (page 3), and acacia tree (page 4). Cut out giraffes, elephants, zebras, lions, etc. from magazines or coloring books and staple them to the bulletin board.
  3. Print the “Safari” message on this page (optional: you may add a decorative border ) onto white construction paper. Staple the “Safari” message to the bulletin board.
  4. Make letters that say “Welcome to Africa” and staple the words onto the bulletin board.

• Africa has a lot of natural, untouched land that is home to wild animals.
• Africa is famous for its variety of wild animals such as: antelope, buffalo, giraffes, zebras, cheetahs, hyenas, leopards, lions, elephants, baboons, crocodiles, hippopotamuses, chimpanzees, monkeys, flamingos, pelicans, storks, ostriches, rhinoceros, and gorillas.
