Connectors can be attached to any structure with a thickness of up to 2 inches, allowing both “up” and “down” building. In addition, included with each connector is an expandable long bar/ball combo. Expandable bars are perfect for when SmartMax creations need a little more length. The Build & connect Set includes 16 medium bars, 4 long bars, 2 red clamps, 2 extendable bars, 4 metal balls with screws and 6 metal balls. SmartMax enables young children to explore magnetism safely, with strong, oversized pieces that are specifically designed for handling by young kids.
