Description

Chester Cricket takes an unexpected journey from the countryside to a subway station in Times Square, New York City. During his visit he is befriended by Tucker Mouse, Harry Cat, and Mario, a young boy whose parents own a newsstand near the subway. His new friends help him to adjust to his new living environment. In time, they discover that Chester has an amazing musical talent and Chester begins to give concerts attracting great crowds. This improves business for Mario’s family. Despite his new found fame and wonderful friends, Chester longs to go home. With the help of Tucker and Harry, he catches the train back to Connecticut.
