Poster Papers Description A creative way to get students involved with reading. Fill-in sections include a summary of the story, describing characters, describing the plot and action, listing new vocabulary words, providing author information and more! Page one asks students for information by having them fill out a library card for themselves and file cards on the book and author, design a new cover and list six adjectives to describe the story. The center pages provide spaces for a summary of the book, character cards, designing a bookmark, answers to who-what-when-where-how-why questions about the story and a description of one element of the story they’d like to change. On the back page, students list five new vocabulary words and definitions, create a book review, name and describe a sequel and tell what they’ve learned from reading the book.
