A special carborundum slating is applied to a hardboard backing to create a uniform textured surface that produces sharp images and erases easily. Duroslate is available in green and black and is backed by a ten-year guarantee. For best results, be sure to “chalkin” the board before its first usage and after every subsequent cleaning.
