Books contain between 14 and 17 stories followed by activity pages to practice comprehension, vocabulary, and a variety of other reading skills. (The kindergarten book presents activities for each letter of the alphabet.) The stories are charmingly illustrated in full color. Also included are 16 pages of practice cards printed on card stock. Depending on grade level, the practice cards may contain letters and pictures, word families, sight words, synonyms and antonyms, contractions, etc. An answer key is included. 144 pp. plus 16 pp. practice cards.
