We added some flare to our classic Black & White Dot Border Chart. This chart features an inner red swirl border with smaller black dots in addition to the black with white dot border. These Border Charts match nearly everything and offer unlimited possibilities to help you educate, decorate and celebrate at home, at school, and at the office.
