Simply mix the powder with cold water according to package instructions, adding slowly while stirring with a whisk, spatula or egg beater. Dip cut-up newspaper strips into the paste and apply to your form. Use cardboard, wood, plastic, wire or most rigid materials for your form. When dry, the paste is transparent. Decorate with acrylic or oil paints or most decorating mediums. Store unused paste in a sealed container for up to a week. Complete mixing instructions are on the package.
