Reading & Writing Poetry In The Middle Grade

The first part of this resource focuses on building students' confidence in the reading of poetry through process-based work. The second guides students through a series of language activities designed to develop skill and increase self-confidence. They include questioning, writing, brainstorming, group discussion, presentation, and personal response. Grades 5 - ;8.
