Literature response forms offer meaningful, appealing activities that students can complete independently during English class. These forms help the teacher to assess student understanding of the different forms of texts that they are encountering. Literature Response Forms focus on the following skills: Vocabulary Development, Summarizing Events in a Story, Identifying Important Information, Reasoning and Critical Thinking, Character Analysis and Creativity and Design.
