Early teenage girls will enjoy reading fiction stories that relate to self-esteem, personal accomplishments, and overcoming new and uncomfortable experiences. The entertaining and informative nonfiction stories will provide insight into the lives of famous women from the present and the past, eating disorders, and the origins of foods and nail polish. The subject matter, characters, and graphics have been carefully chosen to relate to girls of this age group.
