Watban Ibrahim al-Tikriti

Watban Ibrahim al-Tikriti, half brother of Saddam Hussein, is a former senior Interior Minister of Iraq. In 1995 he was shot in the leg by Uday Hussein, son of Saddam.

He is the five of spades in the most wanted Iraqi playing cards.
