Treaty of Berlin

The name Treaty of Berlin usually denotes the Final Act (13 July 1878) of the Congress of Berlin, but is also used to describe the separate post-World War I peace of 25 August 1921 between the United States and Germany and the agreement of 24 April 1926 under which Germany and the Soviet Union each pledged neutrality in the event of an attack on the other by a third party.
