Torakusu Yamaha
Torakusu Yamaha (山葉寅楠) (April 20, 1851 - August 8, 1916) was the founder of the Yamaha Corporation.Yamaha was a watchmaker to who built his first reed organ in 1887. Ten years later, he became the president of Nippon Gakki Co. (later renamed the Yamaha Corporation).
