The Tick

The Tick is an animated cartoon show about a comedic superhero. It is also a comic book series. Both were created and primarily written by Ben Edlund. A short lived live action television series was produced as well. One of the recurring themes of The Tick is satirising traditional superhero comic book/cartoon heroes. The Tick does not look much like an actual tick.
