Splinter

Splinter, The Offspring's forth coming album, is due to be released the 2nd December 2003. The original name for "Splinter" was "Chinese Democracy", but due to the dispute with Guns n Roses lead Axl Rose, was changed. This change has brought The CD's production to a halt, and its released date was changed to December, instead of November.
