Savannah (porn star)

Shannon Wilsey better known as Savannah, (born October 9, 1970 - died July 11, 1994) was an American erotic actress.

Savannah was the most celebrated and controversial porn star of her time. Although her career in the adult industry was short (1990 - 1994), she achieved legendary status both with her on screen presence and her off screen life. One of the first contract girls in the adult industry, Savannah was, at various times, linked to a number of well known rock stars, including Greg Allman, Billy Idol, Slash and Axl Rose. She was also linked to comedian Pauly Shore. She appeared in over 100 adult films during her career.

Amid financial problems and drug addiction, Savannah committed suicide on July 11, 1994.
