Samuel Galton

Samuel Galton Junior, born in Birmingham, England in 1753, was a Quaker, but still an arms manufacturer, a member of the Lunar Society and lived at Great Barr Hall.

Galton Bridge at Smethwick is named in his honour and he is remebered by the Moonstones in Birmingham.
