Renga

From the Japanese, renga is an extended linked poem, as opposed to renku which is linked verse. An ancient form, haiku may be seen as the first part of a renga poem, broken off as a separate form about 500 years ago. Renga is popular on the internet, the subject of various chat groups. The poetry may be illustrated conceptually by viewing part of a renga poem:
