Quincy Carter
Quincy Carter (born October 13, 1977) is a quarterback on the Dallas Cowboys American football team.Carter was born in Decatur, Georgia. He played for the University of Georgia before being drafted by the Cowboys in 2001 in the 2nd round as the 22nd pick.
