Nei Jin

A internal power built through Chinese Wu Shu. It has nothing to do with muscles. During the process of time, the power of muscles decreases but Nei Jin increases.

It is a special feature of Chinese Wu Shu, which cannot be found in any other martial arts.

In general, the way to build Nei Jin can be either internal way (Qi Gong) or external way.
