Multnomah Falls

Multnomah Falls is a large waterfall in the Columbia River Gorge, on the Oregon side. In two steps it drops 620 feet from its origin on Larch Mountain, making it tied for fifth in vertical drop in the United States, or second highest of those falls which flow all year.

The fall is easily reached via a scenic stretch of I-84 west of Portland, Oregon, or the even more scenic Columbia River Highway.
