An innovative computer at the famed Lincoln Labs at MIT. The TX-0 went online in 1957 and was the first fully transistorized computer. The Lincoln TX-0 was the fastest computer of its era and was (architecturally speaking) the predecessor of 1960s minicomputers. The TX-0 was succeeded by the Lincoln TX-2 in 1958.
