Lasalle, Ontario

Lasalle, a small town in southwestern Ontario, is situated in Essex County. It is on the border of the Detroit River and is south of the City of Windsor. The population of Lasalle was 25,285 in 2001. Lasalle is the oldest French settlement in southwestern Ontario.

One of Lasalle's biggest events is the annual Strawberry Festival, which takes place on the first weekend in June.
