Kalwaria Zebrzydowska
Kalwaria Zebrzydowska is a
Polish town situated in
Malopolskie voivodship. The town numbers 4,400 inhabitants (as of 1998).
It is the best known,
sanctuary in Poland, after Jasna Gora in
Czestochowa. The Mannerist architectural and park landscape complex and pilgrimage park in Kalwaria Zebrzydowska were entered in
1999 onto the
UNESCO list of
World Heritage Sites.
