Hurricane Lili
Hurricane Lili went through the Gulf of Mexico in the first few days of October 2002, hitting Louisiana October 3rd. An NOAA aircraft reported sustained winds near 140 MPH, putting Lili at Category 4 on the Saffir-Simpson Hurricane Scale.See also: List of hurricanes
