Heber
Heber or Eber (עבר) was the patriarch mentioned in the Biblical "Table of Nations" from whom descended all the Hebrews. He was the son of Salah the son of Arpaxad, or Qainan (קינן)according to the Septuagint, moreover UK legends ascribe him a magogite ancestry though this may be an independent Heber. The name suggests nomadism and migration. It is thought that the Horites were a related people, and that originally both Heberite & Horite languages were almost identical. It is clear that these languages show some affinity with Caucasian languages like that of the Avars. Many Heberites were dissipersed amongst North-western Afro-Asiatic peoples such as the Canaanites and Arabs. Records of Hurrian (Horite Language) remain to this day, though the Heberite language is lost, remaining only as the dialectical differences Hebrew has from Ugaritic (Canaanite). As mentioned, according to tradition Heber was also the name of one of Magog's descendants who were supposed to have occupied the Iberian peninsula, and Ireland (Hibernia) giving their name to each of them. According to Greek legend Iberians were actually refugees from Atlantis and were also related to the first dynasties to rule Egypt. None of this can be reconciled with the Biblical narratives which maintains Heber was the patriarch of all Hebrews and a grandchild of Arpaxad son of Shem unless the hebrews were of a Magogite Maternal line and a Arpaxad paternal line. On the other hand, the Legend that Avars might have originally been Caucasus Hebrews with Abraham's third wife Keturah in their ancestry, though not yet substanciated in any way, does not jibe with any biblical traditions.
