Hansard
Hansard is the traditional name for the printed transcripts of parliamentary debates in the Westminster system of government.The name comes from its originator, Thomas Curson Hansard, who began publishing transcripts of the United Kingdom parliament as a private enterprise in the early 19th Century. It became an official document of the United Kingdom parliament in 1909.
The term Hansard is also used for the proceedings of the Parliament of Canada.
