Guy Picciotto is a punk rocker from Washington DC. He is most famous for his bands Rites of Spring (mid 1980s, played guitar and vocals), which highly influenced the emo sub-genre of punk rock, and his current band, Fugazi, with whom he shares vocals/guitar with fellow DC rocker Ian MacKaye.
