Grand Teton National Park

Grand Teton National Park is located in western Wyoming south of Yellowstone National Park. It is named after the Grand Teton mountains in the park. The name of the mountains was based on the French word for breasts probably referring to the shape of the peaks. It was established as a United States National Park on February 26, 1929.
