Frederick Church

Frederick Edwin Church (1826 - 1900) is an American landscape painter. Church's art includes:

• The Falls of Tequendama (1854)
• Niagara Falls (1857)
• Secluded Landscape at Sunset (1860)
• Cotopaxi (1862)

'Olana', his highly personal and eclectic castle in a 'Moorish' taste overlooking the Hudson River, is a New York State historic site open to the public.
