Donald Jack

Donald Jack (December 6, 1924 - c. June 2, 2003) was a Canadian humour writer. He was born in Redcliffe in England and grew up in Britain, serving in the RAF in the Second World War. After the war he emigrated to Canada and became a writer. He wrote for the stage, radio, and television, but he is most famous for his novels, especially the Bandy Papers which recount the humourous adventures of Batholomew Brandy, a WWI fighter pilot.
