Dillinja

Drum and Bass DJ and Producer from Brixton, works together with coproducer Lemon D, still at the peak of their careers (2003), considered genius by many for having pushed the boundaries of music forward with his work on bass frequencies and the way he uses them to make music. This can only be fully experienced by hearing it over a proper Drum and Bass sound system, especially the Valve system, same name as Dillinger's record label. Rumour has it that he remortgaged his house to build it ! It is recommended to wear ear plugs - the vibrations of the bass shake your entire body and different types of bass sounds vibrate different parts of your body in different ways. A very physical experience ! This is true of most hard drum and bass in clubs but none more extreme than Dillinger who specialises in it.

Dillinga takes his name from Dillinger the Jamaican reggae artist.
