Dideba zetsit kurtheuls
Dideba zetsit kurtheuls (Praise Be To The Heavenly Bestower of Blessings) is the
national anthem of
Georgia. Written and composed by Kote Potskhverashvili, it was adopted upon independence in
1991.
It was used as the national anthem of Georgia from 1918 to 1920, and readopted by a law from 14 November, 1990.
