Delta Goodrem
Delta Goodrem (born November 9, 1984) is an Australian singer and actress, currently starring as "Nina" on the television soap opera Neighbours.Her debut album Innocent Eyes was released March 3, 2003, and has been in the charts at or near the top since, and featured four #1 singles. Most of the songs were also written by Goodrem herself, and the album features Goodrem's instrumental skills on the piano as well as her voice.
She is currently undergoing treatment for Hodgkin's disease.
On October 4, 2003, whilst Goodrem is still undergoing chemotherapy, it was announced she was parting ways with her manager, Glenn Wheatley, one of Australia's best-known and most successful managers of popular musicians, apparently much to the surprise of Wheatley.
Goodrem capped off a successful year by winning a record seven ARIA awards on October 21, 2003. She broke the previous record of six, held by Natalie Imbruglia
