Constitution of the People's Republic of China

The current revision was adopted on December 4, 1982 with several revisions in 1988 and 1993. The Constitution has five sections: the preamble, general principles, the fundamental rights and duties of citizens, the structure of the state, and the national flag and emblems of state.
