Confluence

A confluence is the point where two rivers meet and become one, usually when a tributary joins a more major river.

The Confluence project ( http://www.confluence.org ) is a web project to photograph all the integer intersections of the earth's latitude and longitude lines, thus obtaining an interesting insight into the world.
