Clayton Antitrust Act

The Clayton Antitrust Act of 1914 forbade: Since Labor unions were exempt from law, boycotts, peaceful strikes, and peaceful picketing were legalized. Injunctions could be used to settle labor disputes only when property damage was threatened.
