Charles Wilson

Charles Wilson was a Democratic United States Congressman from east Texas. A veteran of the Korean War, he was known for a very hawkish foreign policy and helped direct CIA funding to the moujahdeen in Afghanistan. He retired from the House of Representatives in 1994 and is now a lobbyist.
