British Museum tube station

British Museum tube station was a station on the London Underground just to the west of Holborn on the Central Line, within a few hundred yards of the British Museum.

It opened on July 30, 1900 and closed when the interchange with the Piccadilly Line was opened at Holborn on September 24, 1933.
