Blackpool Tower

Blackpool Tower is a tourist attraction in the town of Blackpool,Lancashire. The tower is a 518 foot copy of the Eiffel Tower in Paris. It cost £42,000 to construct, opening on the 14th May 1894.

Blackpool is a popular English seaside resort and the tower is the main attraction, sitting on the beachfront. The tower is lit in the annual illuminations, where the town and seafront is lit in colourful display of bulbs.
