Arthur Edwin Kennelly, (December 17, 1861 - June 18, 1939), american engineer in electricity, son of an Irish naval officer, born in Colaba close to Bombay, India, deceased in Boston, Massachusetts.

1902 : he discovered ionosphere radio-electrical properties.
