I track the my package?
We offer online order status, a feature that will let you check on your
past and pending orders. Just "Sign In" by clicking on the Account link
at the top of any page. This will take you to the Your Account page. At
the bottom of your Account page you can click on Order Status to view your
past or pending orders. To get the details of your order, click on Date
of Order or Order #. You'll be able to see which orders have already shipped
and which are in process. Because we ship all orders via UPS, you will receive
the UPS tracking number on your Account page.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes. We use the latest encryption technology to keep your information safe.

Can I cancel an order after it has been submitted?
Yes. We unconditionally guarantee every item we sell. If you are not completely
satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days with
the enclosed return form for a full refund. We cannot offer a refund for
opened music, video, and software items. Please remember that TeachersParadise.com
can only accept returns of items purchased at TeachersParadise.com. Please

How to Return: To return items to TeachersParadise.com you will need
to request for an RMA number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA
number issued by TeachersParadise.com. You need to click on the "Help Desk"
button on the Navigation Bar and then click on "Make Returns". Here will
see the RMA form. You must fill out this form and click on the "Submit"
button in order to recieve an RMA number. Please allow up to 48 hours for
proccessing.
